| From Points South:
Follow I-95 north to Exit 59. At end of ramp, take a right and then a quick left
onto Route 1 north. Follow Route 1 into Madison. Approx. 1 mile into Madison,
take a left onto Mungertown Road (immediately after car dealerships on left).
Orchard Park Road is approx. 1/8 mile on the right. Milano Development is in the
third building, at 7 Orchard Park. From Points North: Follow I-95 south to
Exit 60. At end of ramp, take a left onto Mungertown Road. Orchard Park Road
is approx. 1/4 mile on the left (immediately after the railroad underpass). Milano
Development is in the third building, at 7 Orchard Park. |

| From Points South:
Follow I-95 north to Exit 59. At end of ramp, take a right and then a quick left
onto Route 1 north. Follow Route 1 into Madison. Approx. 1.5 miles into
Madison, take a left onto Stony Lane. Follow Stony Lane until it ends at the
junction of Fort Path Road. You will see Milano Self Storage at 144 Fort Path Road
straight ahead. Take a left onto Fort Path Road to visit the Milano industrial
buildings at 170 Fort Path Road. Take a right onto Fort Path Road to visit the
Milano industrial building and Milano Self Storage at the 126 & 130 Fort Path Road
complex. From Points North: Follow I-95 south to Exit 60. At
end of ramp, take a left onto Mungertown Road. Take your first left onto Johnson
Lane (immediately before the railroad underpass). At the end of Johnson Lane, take a
right onto Fort Path Road. Immediately after the railroad overpass, you will see
the Milano industrial buildings at 170 Fort Path Road, on your left. The second
complex on your left is Milano Self Storage at 144 Fort Path Road. The third complex
on your left is the Milano industrial building and Milano Self Storage at 126 & 130
Fort Path Road.
